Plan Your Camp or Retreat

GROUP LEADERS START HERE

Mission team will be accepted based on the needs of the camp and the resources available time period of your interests.

In order to provide for the materials, equipment, and also the ongoing operating costs of Camp Victoria, mission teams will be asked to pay a fee ($40 per person, per day). Fees may be waived for churches and/or groups that give to Camp Victoria on an ongoing basis.

If you are a group leader or representative of the group's sponsoring church or organization, please follow the link below to complete the initial GROUP APPLICATION.

CONFIRMATION FROM OUR STAFF

After the group leader has completed STEP 1, our staff will reach out when your application is processed. Once your group is approved by our staff, the group leader will have each individual participate begin their onboarding process.

INSURANCE REQUIREMENT

We require insurance that covers your group and its activities for the trip. The PDF below outlines the minimum requirements. Please see that we have the Certificate of Insurance no later than two weeks before your arrival. Upload your certificate under STEP 4.

INDIVIDUAL APPLICATION

After your group leader receives confirmation from Camp Victoria that your group has been approved, each team member will complete the INDIVIDUAL APPLICATION. GROUP LEADERS will also complete an individual application for themselves. Group Leaders, only send this link to your team members after our staff confirms your group application.
