Our Purpose

The primary purpose of the Camp is to provide a comfortable space and facility for Baptist churches and associations to use in worship, evangelism, teaching, discipleship, and recreation, particularly in their ministries with children.

The Camp invites other Christian churches and associations and also civic groups to use the camp facilities, when available, provided that their use and objective is in acknowledgment and strict accordance with the Statement of Faith.

The Camp Director and Camp Coordinator have the authority and responsibility to refuse use of the Camp to any person, church, association, or group that cannot or will not, by statement or action, comply with the Statement of Faith and Statement of Purpose.

The Camp Board of Directors shall be the final authority, in the event of a challenge in the interpretation of the applied Biblical principles summarized in the Statement of Faith and the Statement of Purpose.
