If you are a group leader or representative of the group's sponsoring church or organization, please follow the link below to complete the initial EVENT APPLICATION. Documents needed to complete the application are listed below.

CONFIRMATION FROM OUR STAFF

After the representative for you group has completed STEP 1, our staff will reach out when your event application is processed. Once your event is approved by our staff, you will have each individual participate begin their onboarding process.

INDIVIDUAL EVENT ATTENDEE FORM

After your EVENT has been approved by our staff, please have each individual who will attend your event complete the Individual Attendee From.
